The main practice of the fifth week of Rinpoche’s Parinirvana Puja, the “Hundred Peaceful and Wrathful Deities” begins.

According to the instructions of His Holiness the Karmapa, the main practice of the fifth week of the Venerable Kyabje Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche’s Parinirvana Puja is the “Hundred Peaceful and Wrathful Deities”. The Venerable Lodro Nyima Rinpoche led over 500 monastics and lay devotees today to perform the profound puja.

In addition, Khenpos and representatives from the Venerable Kyabje Bokar Rinpoche’s monastery came from India to pay respects to Rinpoche’s Kudung and made offerings to the Sangha. The vice president of Tzu Chi Foundation and 11 representatives of Tzu Chi in Taiwan and Malaysia; Dr. Ghana Shyam Gurung, country representative of WWF Nepal, and family also came to pay respects to the Kudung of Kyabje Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche at Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery, Namo Buddha.
