The 31st Namo Buddha Seminar at Thrangu Tashi Choling Monastery, Boudha, Nepal.

Ven. Choje Lama Wangchuk Rinpoche teaching on Gampopa's String of Pearls during Namo Buddha Seminar 2024

Ven. Choeje Lama Wangchuk is teaching on Gampopa’s “String of Pearls” on March 18-22 in the Tara Shrineroom at the Boudha monastery where Thrangu Rinpoche taught in the first seminar in the winter of 1986-1987. The seminars were later held at SMD School Shrine Hall and the last in Namo Buddha monastery due to lack of space.

The seminars have been interrupted since 2020 due to the covid pandemic and then to Thrangu Rinpoche’s illness and passing in 2023.

Holding the seminar in Thrangu Rinpoche’s again in his first monastery outside Tibet and to have the topic being the last teaching that Rinpoche gave at the Vajra Vidya Seminar at his monastery in Sarnath, India in March 2020 is a wonderful continuation of his activity.
