Today (October 29) as part of the Parinirvana Puja of the Venerable Kyabje Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche, the Venerable Zuri Rinpoche and the Venerable Tulku Damcho led the Thrangu Sangha and lay devotees to begin the Chakrasamvara Puja at the main shrine hall of Thrangu Yangtse Monastery. The grand puja will continue until the 3rd of November.
From 6.30pm to 8pm, monastics and lay devotees conducted the Thrangu Guru Yoga practice written by His Holiness the Karmapa, and recited “Calling the Guru from Afar” and swift return prayers by various masters.
The Venerable Beru Khyentse Rinpoche and monastics, Tergar Monastery’s Khenpos and monastics, a Khenpo from Leksheyling, and many other devotees came to pay respects to the Kudung of Kyabje Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche at Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery, Namo Buddha.
